Space Gallery Block Party 09/10/11

SPACE Gallery, in collaboration with a host of Portland arts organizations, alongside our numerous neighbors on Congress Street, transformed a portion of the Arts District along Congress Street into a temporary zone for artistic exploration and enjoyment.
